Sylo doesn’t replace your tools. It sits above them — reading Stripe, your CRM, your calendar and Slack — and tells you what needs you today.

Reads from the tools you already pay for
Your payments are in one tool. Your customers in another. Bookings, email and the team chat are three more. Each one is right about its own bit and blind to the rest.
So when you want to know how the business is actually doing, you go and collect it. Tab, read, remember. Tab, read, remember. Five times, and the answer only exists in your head.
That is not a reporting problem. You are the integration.
TODAY, WITHOUT SYLO
HARLOW & FINCH
Paying since March 2024 · never missed before
Your own tools, and one customer's story split across all five.
Every tab answers one question the others can’t, and says the answer in a sentence at the top. No folder of charts to interpret.
The whole business in a sentence: what came in, what's coming up, who owes you, and how healthy it all is.

No migration and no spreadsheets. Sylo reads what your tools already know, and keeps reading.
Stripe, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Gmail and Slack, each through its own sign-in screen. Sylo reads; it only changes something when you ask it to.

The failed payment and the customer who went quiet turn out to be the same person. Sylo works that out, and groups them by what to do about it.

One sentence at the top of every tab says what moved, and every number opens onto the people behind it.

A software company watches trials and churn. An agency watches clients, retainers and pitches. They are not the same dashboard, so Sylo asks how you run and builds around that answer.
You can switch later, and every section is yours to turn on or off. The blueprint is a starting point, not a cage.
Software, apps, memberships — anything people sign up to and pay for monthly.

Free is the core of Sylo, not a trial. Pro adds the tabs that notice, a team and your own brand; Business makes it yours entirely.
The core of Sylo, on your own.
Everything unlocked, for a small team.
White-labelled and deployed as your own.
Soon, to a first group from the waitlist, then more in waves. Join the list and you will hear the day your place opens.
The first 50 people on the waitlist get Pro free for their first month when Sylo opens: every tab, up to 5 seats, your own logo and theme, and automations.
Only when you ask it to. Sylo reads your Stripe charges, your CRM deals, your calendar and the Slack channels you choose. The one place it writes back is Stripe, and only from a button you press — pausing or cancelling a subscription from a customer's card, say. It never messages your customers. Everything else it keeps is its own: the notes, tasks and follow-ups you record inside Sylo.
A few minutes. You connect a tool through its own sign-in screen, answer a few short questions about your business, and the dashboard fills with your own data. There is nothing to import and no spreadsheet to prepare.
It still works. You get the parts that tool can answer, so connecting Stripe alone gives you revenue, failed payments and customer history. Each connector you add lets Sylo join more together, which is where most of the value is, but nothing is blocked until you have all of them.
Connections are held by Nango, which handles the OAuth tokens so Sylo never stores your passwords. Every row in the database is scoped to your account at the database level, not just in the application, so one workspace cannot read another's data even if the app has a bug.
You drop to the free plan rather than losing access. Your data stays, your connectors stay, and you keep the core tabs. You just go back to being the only person who can log in.
Yes, from Settings, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no minimum term and no cancellation process to sit through.
